Really wonderful food. We had the croque senorita and the cubano sandwich. Both were stellar. Great presentation and customer service. Food was pricey but worth it. Paid like 60 for all.

Great place to have your breakfast in the streets of Waikiki. Plates were beautifully arranged with fresh local fruits and main dish was delicious served on wood cutting board. Definitely will be back for more.

Food was excellent. I had the Papaya Bowl. So refreshing with a tropical twist. Wife got the Smoked Salmon Board. She was equally impressed. Coffee was smooth - no need for creamer. Would definitely come back here. Oh and if you’re here on vacation, the post office is right across the street so you can drop off your post cards.

Absolutely obsessed with the food. We visited multiple times and I highly recommend it. We tried the eggs and cheddar breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, french toast, brisket and eggs breakfast sandwich, watermelon and beets salad; absolutely excellent!! The presentation gets an A too. Thank you for making our breakfasts memorable.

Recently discovered this wonderful breakfast spot last year. It has pretty much become our default breakfast place now. I've had the pleasure of trying their crab and shrimp toast plate, the brisket sandwich, the ham and cheese sandwich, and my most favorite the croque senorita. Their house coffee is also very delicious! I especially love all the fresh fruits and pickled veggies that comes with. Seriously, if you're looking for a chill, no frill, down to earth, absolutely delicious breakfast, you've got to come here!

We took our friend from mainland here for breakfast. I had the Cuban breakfast with fresh fruit. First of all, the fruit serving was large with a good variety and tasty. The sausage was tasty but quite salty. I ate it with the bread that came with my wife’s order and it was delicious. Next time I want to get a sausage sandwich if it makes one. The other two orders were also very fresh and tasty. The pickled veggies and the star fruits were strongly flavored, not for everyone, but I enjoyed them. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly (we were there at around 9 a.m.) I had an Americano that was very good. tTe sitting area was relaxing and great to watch the tourists in Waikiki.

Met up with some friends for brunch at Castro’s, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was friendly and welcoming, setting a great tone for the meal. One of the standout features was the generous portion of fresh, local fruits that accompanied each dish—such a nice touch! Ordering is done at the counter, and the staff brings the food to your table. We tried the French toast, the madam croquet and a variety of breakfast sandwiches that came with some really tasty pickled veggies, and all were delightful. The flavors were well-balanced, and everything tasted fresh. We also got the drink of the day, a dragon fruit yuzu, which was a bit on the sweet side but still enjoyable. The affordability of Castro’s is a pleasant surprise, especially for Waikiki, where prices tend to be higher. We were lucky to grab a table outside, which made for a lovely and relaxed dining experience. Overall, Castro’s offers great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere at a reasonable price. I’d definitely return and highly recommend a visit.

Psa, please don’t sit at the tables that belongs to the bakery next door, and order your food before you get sit down to claim a table, trust me the servers know what they’re doing, they are nice but firm, they don’t mess with your tourist non sense, just be polite and follow the rules. Other than that, food is amazing, the French toast is a must, picture worthy and mouth worthy. Everything else is good too
